Kvalifikationer
- You have a Bachelor Degree in HR.

- You have experienced within Swedish labour law, employee relations, work environment as well as union negotiations (MBL)

- You have experience of close HR business partnering.
- You have experience from working in an organization with tech competencies is a requirement.

- You are also good at written and verbal communication in English.

Job Description

As an HR generalist, you will collaborate with your HR colleagues to enable high-performing teams within the Business Tech organization. With your broad HR generalist knowledge, you deliver management support in various exciting HR areas such as employment law, work environment, remuneration & benefits, learn and develop. You will also play an important role in promoting our leadership and our culture.
In the role of HR generalist, you will also be part of an HR product team and in a flexible way get to develop and our solutions.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time position, 40h/week. The position as HR generalist will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-06-30, with possibility of extension.
