Job description
The role as HR Generalist is a full-time- permanent position based in Borås and part of the Northern European logistics organisation.
You will report directly to the DC HR Manager. As a DC HR Generalist you will be tasked with implementations and supporting the organisation in all areas of the employee lifecycle and all DC HR related matters.
Role related tasks
- Implement and support all Employee Cycle DC HR matters
- Provide HR business support towards DC leaders such as ensuring effective application of performance management guidelines and managing employee assessment and training initiatives
- Support, drive and coordinate talent management activities such as recruitment and selection and employer branding
- Implement and execute Logistics Employee Branding (EB) strategy
- Ensuring all HR policies and practises are compliant with local Labour Law and group standards
- Align HR strategy to promote the achievement of short and long-term business goals

Aside from professional levels of fluency in Swedish and English, we are looking for candidates that can boast a sound understanding of and several years' experience in working with:
- HR core activities such as training, onboarding, recruitment
- DC operations
- Interpretation and implementation of local labor law and regulations
- Conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations
