HR- generalist to Malmö

Job description
Are you looking for an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and your experience in HR? We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to start in February. Are you the one we are looking for?

The assignment is full-time and lasts for 4 months in Malmö. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Randstad and work as an HR consultant with one of our clients who are among the largest in their industry. With sustainability, engaged employees, innovation and continuous improvement in focus, you will be an important part of their annual salary review process.

As a Randstad consultant, you are employed by us and work at one of our clients. Responsibilities
Day to day tasks include:
Execute HR administrative tasks
Process a lot of data and information, mainly in excel and outlook
Mainly connected to the annual salary review process


Qualifications
Excellent adminstration and coordination skills
Excellent in excel and process a lot of data
Ability to plan, structure and prioritize your own work
Strong collaboration skills
Project integrity, honest and reliability in all interpersonal relations
High levels of flexbility and solution oriented
Excellent in English, both written and verbal
