Jefferson Wells are now looking for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Administrator to our customer Mediatek in Linköping. If you are a warm and easygoing person with previous HR-experience, do not hesitate to take the chance to work in a broad HR-role at a very exciting, international company.
This assignment is intended to start in August/September and runs 6-12 months with a high chance of extension. Job Description:
This role is a sole role in Mediatek Linköping office and includes end-to-end HR Generalist and HR Administrator responsibilities. We wish you to enjoy taking responsibility and accountability on our HR/Admin operations in our Linköping office. You will be working closely with the site manager, managers and our engineers.
In your HR Administrator role your will be responsible for the facilities and related contracts with external vendors, including reviewing these regularly to ensure that we are getting a good level of service and a competitive price. You will handle invoices, take care of post and shipments, maintain kitchen and office supplies and carry out daily meeting room checks. It is natural for you to take action independently when you see something needs to be taken care of.
In your HR generalist role, you will be responsible for delivering payroll and local benefits information for outsourced payroll provider and check the payroll materials before monthly payout. You are first point of contact for outsourced payroll provider. You will be supporting managers and employees on any enquiries that they have, manage on-boarding, including issuing new starter contracts and organizing the Day One induction. Your will also work closely with our recruitment manager on implementing employer branding and campus hiring activities.
Depending on your background we are happy to have you work with local HR compliance and employment legislation matters, including updating our Swedish HR policies and handbooks, ensuring that all HR documentation is clear and up to date and ensuring that local Heath&Safety requirement is met.
Depending on if you wish to work for us part-time or full-time, your role might also include working with e.g., GDPR facilitating: yearly GDPR audit process within the HR team, updating training materials, policies and documents and training managers to remind them of their GDPR responsibility. Your European role could be also something else, let us know if you have any specific passion and previous experience that you would like to continue working on in Mediatek.
Your Profile:
To fit this job you have previous job experience within HR, relevant education, and excellent collaboration skills. As a person you are warm, friendly, and easy going. You are confident, good at working independently and likes to solve problems. It is beneficial to be a quick learner a team player and an overall doer.
