Are you an experienced HR Generalist and are you looking for an opportunity to work as a consultant? Then, this assignment might be for you! We require three consultants who can assist our client with their additional support needs in the area of Collegue Lifecycle.

Requirements

We would like you to fulfill the following requirements:

- Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a People Services Center environment
- Experience in HR system administration for onboarding and hiring processes
- Experience in handling HR cases, with experience in ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors being advantageous
- Understanding of collective agreements, Swedish labor regulations, and implementing company policies
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
