About the position
Perido is looking for two different kinds of HR-generalists for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions all over Europe. Here you’ll become part of a wonderful team at the company’s modern and open headquarter in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
Here you’ll be the advisor and go-to person for the different start-up sections within the company. In close collaboration with senior colleagues and others within the domain “organizational and leadership” you’ll provide the best HR-service.
We are looking for two different kinds of profiles which will include the following tasks:
Profile 1
Support with coordinating the re-drafting of multiple contract templates across many countries. Aligning with external labour lawyers, keeping track of deliverables, light project management. Labour law is a plus, but does not have to be at expert level. Coordination and project management skills is required.
Profile 2
Researching and describing impacts on benefits across multiple markets. Updating information materials describing these to employees. Administrate the send-out and signing of contracts. System set-up support Compensation and Benefits skills is required. Coordination is also important here.

We are looking for someone with previous experience within HR who is passionate about the role. Requirements
Academic education within HR
Experience from a variety of HR roles
Knowledge in labour law and employee relations
Excellent communication skills, both English and Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full time, until 2020-07-31. Start as soon as possible.
