HR for Vattenfall Group Staff Functions (SF HR) is looking for a new HR Governance Specialist with location in Amsterdam, Berlin or Stockholm.


Your main responsibilities
As the HR Governance Specialist you will ensure that we have an efficient SF HR governance and portfolio, based on the People and HR strategies of Vattenfall. The Governance Specialist maintains the SF HR steering model, initiates and is part of many discussions around improvements to the SF governance model in a broad network and proposes changes, which are decided by the HR Leadership Team. In addition, you will facilitate the strategy process and maintain the HR initiative portfolio as well as the planning and organisation of the decision-making body for HR processes.
A constant review of the SF HR governance model as well as HR initiatives portfolio to ensure business relevance is key. As HR Governance Specialist you steer and drive improvement discussions around processes in HR, process roles and the necessary coordination with the Business Areas of Vattenfall. Therefore, you are an important connector to the three main pillars in SF HR: HR Services (HRS), Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Business HR. As HR Governance Specialist, you will be the SF HR contact for the Strategy Forum and interact regularly with representatives from different Business Areas to discuss Vattenfall's strategic direction, relevant strategy related reports and various initiatives that bring us closer to our goal of being fossil-free within a generation.
You will be part of an experienced and skilled team of HR colleagues from Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands
This position reports to Vice President Governance & Metrics within Staff Function Human Resources.


Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience from implementing and maintaining efficient governance and portfolio management in complex organisations
• Experience from working in large international organisations, specifically experience in stakeholder management and the ability to address issues, to properly position them and to communicate clearly
• Fluent English language, spoken and written
