The use of IT tools is becoming increasingly important in the human resources arena.To secure implementation of relevant and common IT tools for HR in Sweden, we have a specific unit that drives development and implementation of common HR information systems based on business requirements.The unit is responsible for analyzing solutions, managing functional demands and driving implementation projects.As the Demand & Implementation Manager, you will have dual responsibilities: first, the coordination of all functional demands towards IT, securing that our IT systems contain functionality that supports our business needs; second, control over implementation of new IT systems and IT functionality addressing Ericsson in Sweden.The work is often based on global plans and road maps but can also include local initiatives.
