- You have a background and previous experience of working as a business analyst
- You have 5 -7 years of experience working as a project manager
- You have experience in working with a range of HRIS, HR Master data platforms (Preferably SAP)
- You have strong overall HR and IT process knowledge and understanding.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR IT Project Manager with business insight and business analyst experience. You will be tasked with running two key pre-studies on our client’s digitalization journey: HR Transformation for Europe and Production worker inclusion.
• The HR transformation pre-study aims to map current gaps in functionality and ways of working to fully decommission SAP HR and move to a new HR IS.
• The Production worker pre-study aims to map current gaps in order to fully include their production workers in their HR processes and landscape.

Together with your project team you will:
• Coordinate the day-to-day work of the pre-study project team
• Develop business cases and be a driving force behind the delivery and packing of the solution
• Collaborate closely with the various teams across business areas, functions and regions.
• Solve business problems by exploring ways of working, systems solutions/limitation and transform it into actionable insights and solutions
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of each pre-study and ensure the alignment and timely delivery
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, ways of working, architecture and analysis

You have a passion for collaboration, digging in and sometimes being a bit techy but at the same time keeping business and results at the forefront of what you do and how you deliver. A global mindset as well as collaboration and communication skills are essential in this role.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-12-30 with possible extension.
