HR Leader Group Functions
In your new role as HR Leader Group Functions, you will be a significant contributor in developing people and business in the daily operations to strengthen Kjell for the future growth. You will be working across all departments in the Group, and you report to CHRO for Kjell Group.
Assignment:
The role of HR Leader for Group Functions is responsible to work with all common functions across the Kjell Group. This means to be the strategic advisor as well as support the tactical and operational development in the organization.
Support to the managers:
• Ensure execution of full HR cycle in all the departments. From understanding the business and review of the organizational needs to support the managers in building tactical and operational plans for the people and organizational development
• Be the senior advisor and support to the managers in the dialogue around people and organization
• Support work with optimization of organizational structure of the departments as well as ensure alignment and clarity
• Represent Kjell people & culture team in diverse forums
Ensure the running HR Operations:
• Together with the hiring manager, lead the full talent acquisition process
• Support managers in development plans for their teams
• Support deployment of diverse development activities across the group
• Oversee the daily workflow of all HR matters related to the Group Functions
• Ensure deployment of policies and frameworks developed by the Group
Part of the HR Leadership Team:
• Work together with the rest of the HR leadership team to ensure collaboration and development of us as a team as well as our total HR & Communication community
• Be the significant contributor in development and implementation of People Strategies as well as other initiatives, processes and programs
• Provide support and guidance to the HR community
Your background:
We believe you have 10+ years of experience from similar roles with wide HR Business Partnering responsibility. Your experience stretches across full HR cycle. Since we are on a growth journey, strong talent acquisition competence is a must, including assessment methodology. You have proven experience as the senior advisor to managers and have been working in international environment. Experience working in a forward-thinking organization with focus on new ways of optimizing organizational structures and people development.
As a person you have high development focus and are a curious problem solver. You are very good communicator and leader. You enjoy working with both strategies as well as hands on projects. You have high energy and enjoy an environment with high ambitions and drive. You live our Kjell values.

Your base is our offices in Malmö but since we are a future oriented organization, we apply a hybrid working model with flexibility in workplace. You can expect app 20+ days of travel per year.
