HR Management Consultant/Team in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a HR Management Consultant / Team with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a consultant / team that can help our HR Management team to develop our HR organization.
Establish a People strategy, i.e., an employee strategy, for the company's (group's) relocation in the People area.
What our HR operational model should look like for the Group:Work through how the HR organisation should work efficiently to create relocation for the company based on a predetermined strategy - we need to define what resources we should have in common within the group and what resources should be available in the companies, as well as how we should work efficiently in the future. We have already begun the transition to greater business agility and are confident that this is where our organisation will be in the future.
Assist in the development of a roadmap to guide the organisation in that direction over time.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate should Support with structural capital, such as benchmarks and HR expertise.
Support with workshop facilitation with the HR Management team, as well as inspiration within HR, so that we can move forward and dare to think differently. It is critical to be both a clear facilitator and a clear challenger in this situation.
Help with packaging materials and designing our future business model.
On-site consultant who can assist with facilitation and material packaging.
Desired time frame: Begin in mid-February, with the goal of having a roadmap ready by June.



Other:
An internal single point of contact who will be heavily involved in anchoring and fronting various proposals.
A core team from the company will serve as a sounding board for questions as we move forward.
