HR Manager- Olofström

At Volvo Car Body Components, you are part of a committed production team in a global network that makes sure that the cars we build meet the highest expectations from our customers. In our body component plant in Olofström and stamping unit in Gothenburg, we work with lean, clean and flexible production technologies - with a firm focus on people and continuous development. Each production team has an overall responsibility for quality, economy, delivery and team development.
We are now looking for a HR Manager that enjoys working with the pulse and pace of production. You have a great understanding, knowledge and interest in HR and a high level of business acumen. You will coach and support managers and the organisation in HR-related matters and ensure that HR deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals. You will also work with implementing HR Processes and Strategies on a site level. The role could adapt depending on your profile, background and experience. You will work in close collaboration with rest of the team and have HR-responsibility for at least one unit in Olofström. Furthermore you will be participating in the unit's Management Team. You will report to the HR Director for Volvo Car Body Components in Olofström, note that the position has no direct reports.
Main responsibilities
* Accountable for all HR deliverables within your area of responsibility
* Execute HR deliverables in line with the HR master plans and business needs
* Guide, challenge and support managers in HR related areas
* Champion HR-initiatives both on unit level and on a site level
* Together with the unit management team identify the organisational capabilities required to execute the business strategy
* Translate business needs and improvement areas into HR requirements and actions
* Proactively develop, support and monitor actions linked to improved organisational health and increased performance
* Collaborate within the HR function to secure innovative HR solutions and efficiency in HR services
Required qualifications
* University degree within Human Resources Management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience from HR, preferably within manufacturing industry and international context
* Ability to translate and develop HR strategies into business needs
* Experience in setting and implementing strategies and/or projects
* Broad knowledge from HR and a high level of understanding of different HR-processes
* Change management and coaching skills
* Fluent in English and Swedish, oral and written

* Coaching capacity and consultative skills to help drive change and development in the organisation
* Capacity to work on a operational and strategic level
