Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks including Toyota, BT and Raymond brands on the international markets covering Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa. Our network consists of six Toyota companies and more than 70 independent distributors. TMHI AB is a company located in Mjölby, Sweden with around 50 employees, spread around the globe. We are now looking to strengthen the organization with a HR Manager, with responsible for all HR related issues in the company.
The role
As HR Manager, you are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and supporting HR processes. You are a support for managers and employees in all kinds of HR operational activities. You will lead HR projects and activities such as recruitment, salary review, negotiations, organizational changes, competence development et cetera.
Your challenge
* To define, maintain and execute the HR strategy for TMHI AB
* To plan, develop, implement, and support HR activities and processes (attract, recruit, develop, retain, exit) within the company
* Co-ordinate work with outside entities in HR-matters, e.g. recruitment companies, universities, consultant companies etc
* To be a speaking partner and advisor to TMHI AB management and leaders in all kind of HR related activities
* To ensure labour law compliance and that HR policies are continuously developed and applied in the organisation
* To continuously evaluate and measure job satisfaction within TMHI AB and propose counter measures to TMHI management
* To lead specific projects and activities such as salary negotiations, organisational changes, leadership development, performance management etc
Your Profile
You have university degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years' experience in qualified HR work where you have run operational HR processes. It is a merit if you have worked in an international environment. You have good negotiation skills and knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
We will put great emphasis on your personality and we are looking for someone that is a good representative of the company both in internal and external contacts. You are used to work independently; have good communication skills and you are confident in your professional role. You are unpretentious and interested in creating good relationships. Working both on an operational- and strategic level is something you enjoy.
You are engaging and effective, and work with great professionalism, integrity, and business sense. You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Location: The position is located in Mjölby. Working remotely from time to time will be possible.
