PartnerTech Vellinge are currently seeking a HR Manager at 50% to join their team in Malmö. In this role you will mainly support the company's managers, drive and support HR activities in line with our policies. You are also included in the Group's HR Team.
Responsibility

Coach and advise managers on all aspects of people management, including employee relations and labour law
Establish and implement policies and procedures in accordance with the company's values, laws and regulations
Drive recruitment processes and rehabilitation cases together with respective Manager
Support a high performance culture at the site by identifying issues and root causes, designing and implementing solutions and improvement plans when needed
Lead learning and development activities by identifying learning needs and translating those into actions, as well asmaintain the company's skills registry
Collaboration with the trade union organisations
Coordinate regular salary reviews
Ensure systematic work within Health& Safety as well as being convener in occupational Health and Safety Committee
Monthly report of Group HR KPI


Education/experience
University degree or equivalent within HR, minimum 5 years of experience within HR. You have good knowledge of Swedish employment legislation, HR processes and have the ability to work both operationally and strategically. English and Swedish language is a must and it is desirable with experience from manufacturing industry. You are driven, structured and can develop a trusting climate for cooperation with both managers, employees, and colleagues and we appreciate a good sense of humor!
