Would you like to work with dedicated colleagues in one of the world's leading Paint and Coatings companies? We are now looking for a new colleague to take on the role as our HR Manager on site just outside Malmö.
What you will do?
As HR Manager (HRM) you will be surrounded by fantastic HR colleagues and belong to a HR Manager team of five where the competencies and experience within HR is high. With an open dialogue and mindset, we support each other in different situations and challenges that arises in the role of HRM. You will be a member of the Management Team for the site in Malmö. We work within a matrix organization and with that comes communication and cooperation with stakeholders both locally and globally.
In your role as HRM in the Site Management team you will contribute to the creation and realization of the site strategy which defines the local HR agenda in line with overall business plans. You provide leadership, HR expertise and partnership to agree the appropriate Human Capital objectives, metrics, processes and plans to ensure a capable and motivated workforce and to assure the targets for the business are met. Your main responsibilities are:
• Provide business partnering and coaching to the local Management Team in driving teams’ engagement, talent development, performance management, organization structures and resourcing strategies
• Responsible for the HR business partnering with functional managers in all HR related topics across the whole employee life cycle such as employment relations, training, performance, talent management, workforce planning et cetera
• Follow up the performance through KPI:s and Employee Engagement results (OHI)
• Implement policies and directives and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, performance- and talent management and employee services by performing the duties personally or through the HR organization.
• Liaise with our other HR functions on day-to-day basis to ensure the key HR processes are executed and delivered as planned, and in line with site/country policies implement global policies and processes.
• Support the business in implementing compensation & benefits and annual salary reviews
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible and you will be placed on our site just outside Malmö. You will report directly to HR Manager Nordics.
Who you are?
You are a natural leader with an open mindset and prestige less attitude. You have outstanding communicating skills and the ability to communicate at different levels of the organizational with a passion for developing and motivating others. You have the mindset of continuous improvement and understand the needs of the “customer” within the business.
You have a University degree in Human Resources or other related experience together with at least 7 years of wide HR generalist experience preferably in previous Nordic/Global exposure in Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas. You have a solid experience from union negotiations, both blue and white collar. Project experience as a member in the international/cross-functional project team(s) or a project leader within the own unit. Fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement since you will work in an internal arena. Experience from working with a Management Team is a plus.
