Arbetsbeskrivning
Since selling our first timepiece in 2011, Daniel Wellington has evolved into a global phenomenon that has disrupted an entire industry. Continuously challenging and innovating, Daniel Wellington is an exciting and vibrant brand; striving to enrich the lives of our customers with timeless style.
We are now looking for our next HR Manager to become a part of the People & Culture team. When joining P&C, you’ll be a part of a team with the aim not only to take care of our people but also ‘wow’ them. In everything we do, we put experience and well-being in the front seat. We value transparency, effective collaboration, great ways of working, laughing, and a lot more! You’re gonna have to get involved in the process if you’re keen to know more about us😎
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We want you to take ownership of your area and mainly support DW AB meaning our Swedish organization. The global P&C (dream) team has managers in their respective locations, that you will collaborate with but not manage. This role requires taking initiative, working independently as well as being a strong stakeholder who works closely with the business. You drive the people agenda and set our roadmaps ahead, where we aim to reach operations excellence and that extra ‘wow’ to the organization, enabling long-term success. The team consists of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, a HRIS pro, an Office Manager queen, and a (currently on maternity leave so we outsourced it) Payroll god so you will not have to put much focus in those areas.
WHO YOU ARE
We see that you have bright and exciting ideas and thoughts on how HR will adapt and change in the coming years. We’ve worked on a lot of things over the past 10 years but there are still a lot of things to do, why we want you to have experience of, and love, to build things.
We see that you must have:
- Experience from broad HR role/s, leading people
- Experience and understanding organizational change, you're a rock!🪨🗻
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Curiosity about people and what makes them tick
- Knowledge of how to have fun (Hint: It involves smiles and laughter)
And we’d love it if you recognize yourself in these:
- Experience from fast-paced retail companies
- Passion for digitalization
THE HEART OF LEADERSHIP
What is the core of leadership at DW?
We regard leadership as the core of our long-term success and a key to creating a team environment where everyone can become their best selves. As we know it’s not about being in charge, it is about taking care of the people in your charge. During the recruitment process, we will deep dive into our leadership beliefs (known as The Heart of Leadership) and talk about what’s important to you when it comes to leading others.
