We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Human Resources (HR) professional to take ownership and carry out routine and non-routine HR functions and key initiatives across our Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) Sweden at ASSA ABLOY.

What you would do as our HR Manager
People are our most important asset. You will be an integral part of championing and advocating for our people, promoting ASSA ABLOY's core values, and building and shaping a positive work culture.
You will be a strategic partner to our management team and across several functions and lead the HR agenda and roadmap including overseeing employee relations, Union negotiations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes interpretation and administration.
You would also:
Have a strong focus on Leadership development.
Coordinate and assist managers with Performance Management systems and reviews.
Counsel and support managers in labor law, legal affairs, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S).
Partner with Business Segment Industrial (BSI) Sweden HR Manager to support ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Sweden.
Develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate staff induction and exit processes.
Identify training and development opportunities.
Perform administrative HR functions.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Proven industry experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Experienced partnering with the management team within a matrix organization.
Possesses overall and transactional experience in leading HR Operations.
HR financial impact understanding – Profit & Loss (P&L).
Holds a university degree with an HR focus on management and organizational development.
Superior communication skills, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation competencies.
Fluent in Swedish and English. Additional language is desirable.
Skilled in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and HR systems.
Ideally, you are people-oriented, and skilled in managing and prioritizing complex tasks within a fast-moving environment. You have the unparallel ability to balance multiple priorities and operational issues decisively. You strive to be in a dynamic changing environment as you easily adapt to situations, are self-propelled, independent, and possess a positive mindset.
