Description
As HR Manager, you will be the partner regarding HR matters for a part of the organisation. In addition, you will have Competence Management as your special area of competence. You will belong to the HR team and report to the VP Human Resources.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should possess
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration or equivalent
- at least seven years experience of qualified HR work
- experience in the area of competence management
- experience of working with collective agreements Teknikavtalet IF Metall and Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna
To be successful in this role, You need to

- be able to build trust in relations with managers and employees

- be solution oriented
You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
