KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage internal communications
Responsible for union relations
Manage the recruitment and selection process
You are included in the Executive Management team and report directly to the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
Senior HR management professional - experienced with labor laws, legislation, negotiations
Operationally and strategically sound
Hands-on supporter, coach and natural leader
Excellent communication skills – English, verbal and written
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Magle Chemoswed was formed in 2017, when Magle Life Sciences acquired Chemoswed. Since the acquisition, we are a CDMO with our own technology platform and product portfolio. The new structure brings synergies by building capacity across the entire value chain. We own our manufacturing and development facilities and we hold all the resources required to manage drug substances and biopharmaceuticals, as well as to develop and manufacture our own medical technology products.
