Your role
We are looking for a HR Manager for our business area Surveillance. You will lead a team of 7 HR business partners, supporting 3 business units, mainly located in Stockholm and Huskvarna, within Surveillance. You will be part of the Surveillance HR Management team and report to Head of HR for Surveillance. You will work close together with the HR Manager supporting our other 3 business areas, mainly based in Gothenburg.
Surveillance business area are about 5500 employees, and growing.
Your main tasks will be:

Lead and coach a team of 7 HR Business partners
*
Work close together with our HR Manager in Gothenburg to coordinate and harmonize HR processes and initiatives
*
Support delivery of the people strategy with focus on growth
*
Provide leadership in people and organisational areas; adding value in taking strategic and operational business decisions
*
Equip the organisation with right capabilities and drive our extensive growth with talent management, succession and strategic workforce planning processes relevant to the business strategy and context
*
Actively participate in business planning and strategy development for the business and provide people strategy plans to support business goals
*
Act as a change agent and coach managers on how to handle change, engage employees and build capabilities effectively
Your profile
We believe you have:

A relevant university degree
*
Extensive HR experience
*
Leadership experience from teamlead roles or managerial roles
Required skills:
*
Strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organisational needs
*
A continuous improvement mindset, pro-active attitude and agility
*
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building across organisations
*
Ability to balance the strategic and the operational with strong implementation and drive for execution

Sound judgement and decision making

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
