What will you do?
As temporary HR Manager you will be surrounded by fantastic HR colleagues and belong to a HR Manager team of five where the competencies and experience within HR is very high and with an open dialogue, we support each other in different situations and challenges that arises in the role of HRM. You will be a member of the Management Team for the site in Gunnilse just outside Gothenburg. We work in a matrix organization and with that comes communication with stakeholders both locally and globally.
Your role is to contribute to the formulation and realization of strategy as a member of the Site Management Team and define the local HR agenda in the line with overall business plans. You provide leadership, HR expertise and partnership to agree the appropriate Human Capital objectives, metrics, processes and plans to ensure a capable and motivated workforce and to assure the targets for the business are met. Your main responsibilities are:
* Provide business partnering and coaching to the local Management Team in driving teams' engagement, talent development, performance management, organization structures and resourcing strategies
* Responsible for the HR business partnering with functional managers in all HR related topics across the whole employee life cycle such as employment relations, training, performance, talent management, workforce planning etc
* Follow up the performance through KPI:s and Employee Engagement results (OHI)
* Implement policy and directives and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, performance- and talent management and employee services by performing the duties personally or through the HR organization
* Liaise with our Center of Expertise and People services (HR-support function) on day-to-day basis to ensure the key HR processes are executed and delivered as planned. In line with site/country policies implement global policies and processes.
* Support the business in implementing compensation & benefits and annual salary reviews
This is a temporary position for 12 months due to parental leave, starting as soon as possible when suitable for you. You will be placed either on site outside Malmö or the site in Gunnilse (the Gothenburg region). You will report directly to Nordics HR Manager. We offer hybrid working.
Who you are?
As a person you have an open mindset and prestige less attitude. You have outstanding communicating skills and the ability to communicate at different levels of the organizational with a passion for developing and motivating others. You always have the mindset of continuous improvement and understands the needs of the "customer´s" within the business.
You have a university degree in Human Resources or other related experience together with at least 7 years of wide HR generalist experience preferably in previous Nordic/Global exposure in Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas. Project experience as a member in the international/cross-functional project team(s) or a project leader within the own unit. You have a solid experience from union negotiations, both blue and white collar. Experience in Management Teams is a plus. Fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement since you will work in an internal arena.
