Green Voltis Sweden AB is an innovative energy startup focusing on renewable energy solutions, energy trading, and grid services. As we expand our operations in Sweden, we seek a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts, covering both local administrative tasks and managing international communications with our global offices and partners.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by managing all aspects of HR as well as handling administrative duties, facilitating international communication between the company's headquarters and other offices while ensuring smooth cross-cultural integration.
You will lead the recruitment process for local and international hires, handle employee relations and retention strategy, company culture as well as performance management.
The role includes overseeing daily administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, tax filings, and insurance requirements.
Given the global nature of our business you vill be the primary liaison between Green Voltis’ Swedish office and its international offices and work closely with the global HR team. You will lead cross-border HR projects, including employee transfers, expatriation management, and cultural training programs.
ABOUT YOU
For this role you should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of study as well as minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance and management.
Given the global nature of our business, this role requires specific expertise in managing an international and multicultural workforce to bridge the gap between Swedish labour market practices and the broader international HR landscape.
We think that you have strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. As well as strong communication skills with the ability to engage with teams across different cultures
and geographies. You should also be familiar with different HR software and tools, payroll systems, and performance management platforms.
You should have a strong understanding of cultural differences with the ability to navigate these in a business context and bring a global perspective to HR management.
Given the startup nature of the company flexibility and a hands-on approach are crucial. You should be able to help foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment and work well in a collaborative environment.
You should be fluent in English, with a proficiency in an additional language being an advantage
