We are looking for a people oriented HR Manager with strong business acumen for our Consumer Marketing Division. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll do

You’ll be a part of the People team of Telenor Sweden: a bunch of 20 or so great collaborators focusing on:

The Consumer Marketing Division is on an ambitious transformation and digitalization journey, where they’ve pioneered in driving collaboration and alignment between Marketing and IT in order be better and more relevant. Part of the transformation has been about implementing agile ways of working, putting media planning and buying as well as elements of content creation back in-house and exploring new leadership set-ups. The division consists of +300 employees, where of 40 managers.

As HR Manager Consumer Marketing you will:
* Support, advice and challenge leaders in organizational and people related issues
* Initiate, drive and facilitate Divisional activities within the People area, i.e. Organizational Design
* Implement HR strategies, processes and tools and ensure adherence
* Secure compliance towards collective agreements, labor law, health and safety and comp&ben regulations
* Actively contribute to the development of the People function
* Enhance union relations and carry out negotiations
* Be part of Divisional Management Team as well as People Management Team

At your support is our People Experience and Operations-team consisting of experts and support in Talent Acquisition, HR Admin, Health & Safety, Labour Law, Comp&Ben, L&D and HRIS.

Who are you

Our ideal candidate has:
* More than 5 years’ experience from a similar role, working with Senior Management
* Academic Degree in Human Resources or similar
* Experience from a working in a fast-paced Marketing environment (FMCG or alike)
* Documented experience from Change Management and/or Organizational Design
* Solid understanding of Agile way of work
* Strong business acumen
* Solid knowledge in labour law and union negations
* Fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally

As a person, you like a fast-paced context, you’re self-driven, and you create impact. You build strong relationships through being communicative, authentic, caring and demonstrating high integrity. You like a variety of tasks, working both strategically and operative: from hands-on HCM to being part of setting the Divisional agenda together with the CMO and the rest of the Management Team. You work systematically, making plans and executing efficiently.
