Direct Link is looking for an innovative and driven HR Manager who wants to be part of running the business and ensuring Direct Link can recruit and onboard top talent and create winning teams globally. The HR Manager’s role for Direct Link Group will translate the global and regional business strategy into an HR strategy and the organizational needs in creating HR solutions and plans. This role will support the development of the HR teams in all regions for both short and long-term business success.
The job location is to be decided together with the chosen candidate and business need. The global head office of Direct Link is located in Solna, Stockholm area, where we currently have 20 employees. We are all, together with the teams out in the world running an international company in a logistics industry transforming and growing at a fast pace. As an organization, we are a very people and result-oriented company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and this role is key to those goals. You will report to the CEO.
Job duties
Direct Link operates in Asia, Europe, United States and Latin America with an aim to grow the geographical footprint even further. As the HR Manager your responsibilities will be to build and develop a global HR function and strategies including our focus on sustainability.
You will work with, among other things:
- Build a Group HR team and support the Regions globally in building their local teams
- Develop an HR strategy, HR solutions and strategic workforce plans that are aligned with the Group strategy and objectives
- Build a great organizational culture through initiating and implementing various HR programs
- Facilitate organizational diagnosis and metrics to drive effectiveness through talent and organizational capabilities
- Implement and manage sustainability programs combining business needs and the PostNord Group sustainability agenda
- Establish HR standards, processes and policies for the group including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development etc. and ensure harmonized implementation in all Regions
- Stay up to date with market and HR trends to be able to implement best practices with the goal of establishing strong employee engagement and positioning the company as an employer of choice
We are looking for candidates having:
- Relevant academic education focused on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, experience, and exposure to the mix of HR fields and functions
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Strong business acumen with proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results
- A track record of positive results, ability to successfully deploy new programs and policies, strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are fluent and have a full professional proficiency in English
- Credibility as a trusted advisor and building trust, loyalty and inspiration
