Purpose

In this role will be instrumental in supporting our mission to enable Kambi’s ongoing growth through our people. The Employee Experience Manager will take a leading role in the creation, delivery and ongoing improvement of our core people programmes, as well as being a trusted advisor for our managers.

Our Employee Experience team is responsible for the delivery of our core people programmes which are designed to enable the development of our people, drive engagement and connections amongst our teams, support the growth of high performing teams and for recognizing & rewarding our people. These programmes are instrumental in offering our people a remarkable experience regardless of team, location or background while also providing our culture and people with the perfect environment to continue to evolve and grow.

The role is based in our Stockholm office where you will work closely with our local managers but also support initiatives across our 7 locations in 4 continents.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for supporting the delivery and executing of our core people programmes (engagement, talent development, management performance & reward) across your local teams
• You will also be responsible for leading one of our core programmes to ensure the programme is delivered in the most efficient and effective manner, focusing always on ways to improve defined outcomes
• You will be a trusted advisor to our local managers enabling them to proactively deal with performance, disciplinary or other issues allowing them to create highly effective teams
• Continue to develop an inclusive culture by being an ambassador for fairness, inclusivity and transparency

About you

• You are passionate about employee experience and are constantly looking for new ways to drive engagement & alignment
• You have a strong track record of delivering people projects & initiatives. Being able to demonstrate how you have done this across multiple locations would be beneficial
• Proven track record of successfully managing performance, disciplinary and other sensitive employee relations matters through to conclusion
• You love to sweat the details, but you don’t let perfection get in the way of progress
• You have a University degree in the field of Human Resources or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• English (business language) fluent speaker, both verbally and in writing
• Strong Swedish (contact with Swedish authorities and any trade unions)
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law and local best practices
