HR Manager for the Nordic countries

One of our international clients is now in need of an experienced HR Manager for the Nordic Region.Therefore we are now looking for a person with documented experience within the HR area that is used to work in an international environment and is looking for a new challenge.This client has got approximately 200 permanent employees working for the company across the Nordic Region, and a further 25 contractors/temporary employees in addition.Employees are based across Sweden, Denmark and Norway Purpose of Role: To operate as an HR Manager, providing professional generalist HR support to Business Leaders, their management teams and their employees across the Nordic Region.The role will involve building relationships at all levels of the organization.You will advise Managers on HR best practice and HR strategy, being consistent wherever possible with the broader European HR strategy.You will also manage day-to-day HR operations.You will report to the Head of HR for Europe, and as such you will be involved in broader European HR projects.You will be the HR spokesperson for your Region at European HR meetings and on weekly conference calls. Main Duties & Responsibilities: -Provide Generalist HR Support at all levels.-Lead EMEA HR Change projects against defined timeline's and business targets for The Nordics.-You will be accountable for headcount management, attendance at business reviews, coaching fo the management team and employee issue resolution.-You will be the key point of contact and key conduit for Recruitment Management in the Nordic region, with support from the central Recruitment Team for Europe.-You will actively participate and influence the delivery of the people strategy including the development of HR solutions for business issues.-In conjunction with Head of HR for Europe, and business leaders in your region, you will deliver a clear and concise talent management and performance strategy.Work Experience: -Generalist HR Experience for a medium or large organization in the past -Proven experience of project management - delivering against defined timelines and objectives.-Experience of working with HR counterparts in other European countries -Experience of providing HR business partnership to Senior management -Experience of working in a fast paced dynamic environment -Recruitment Experience -Ability to assess development/training needs and make recommendations to meet business needs.-Familiarity with a degree of business-related travel Educational Qualifications -degree level education Specialist/Technical Knowledge, Skills Aptitude -Proven project management skills -Pan Emea experience -Proven communication skills -Presentation skills -Change management expertise -Experience of US organizations in the past Abilities/Personality -Motivated by successfully meeting customer/business needs -Outgoing personality who enjoys working towards and meeting given targets.-The ability to influence -Comfortable with technology and relishes new opportunities -Proactive team player -Self motivated, flexible, uses initiative and problem solver -Ability to communicate at Exec level - Fluency in English is required and knowledge in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish is preferred.Mark your application HR Manager.Selection and interviews will be held continously..
