Do you have great knowledge about the various laws, regulations and collective bargain agreements? Then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a HR Manager Labour Relations and Compliance Scandinavia to join our team at our headquarter in Gothenburg. This role will report to the Director HR Services Scandinavia.
In this role you will lead and coordinate the labour relations, drive training compliance requirements and psycho-/social work environment. You will have a responsibility to understand the laws, collective agreements and related ISO standards and translate into workable company policies and procedures. You will do this either yourself or through third parties depending on the market.
To be successful in this role you need experience in labour relations and have a strong understanding of Swedish Work Legislation and union practices, although other Nordic country knowledge is an advantage. We believe that you need to have experience from medical devices or any other regulated industry.

Key responsibilities:
Be accountable for HR policies and processes related to Labor Relations, Work Environment and Training/Audit compliance.
Keeping up to date with new legislations and align local policies and procedures.
Develop and design training related to area and deliver to relevant target groups
Ensure that your areas of responsibility are audit ready at all times
Design and negotiate local collective agreements and maintain relationships with the unions
Responsible to lead the work environment council and responsible for related actions and statistics.
Support and train HR colleagues to grow their knowledge in these areas
Line manager for one person responsible for training compliance coordination.
Qualifications and experience:
University Business Degree in the Human Resources, Labour Relations or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of operational HR management and additional minimum 2-3 years of tactical/strategic HR management, preferably in an international environment.
Experience in industrial relations is essential.
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Office suite skills
Coaching and Project Management skills
Administrational skills
