KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall HR Philosophy for the Nordics
Ensure global HR processes are implemented and followed
Ensure quality processes are in place for recruitment, onboarding, development, and talent management
Lead and develop the HR team consisting of 1 HR specialist and 1 Office Coordinator
Ensure legal compliance for local regulations, union agreements and internal audit demands
Oversee HR policies, compensation & benefits, training budget, organizational design
GDPR oversight
Coaching and support
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced HR professional with some managerial exposure
University degree highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Nordic legal legislation and Comp & Ben market practice
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Excellent communication skills – English and Scandinavian language, verbal and written
