Summary

The scope of the role includes a dual responsibility. As HR Manager Nordics you will provide proactive HR partnership to the Nordic organization to create and implement people solutions aligned to the business strategy. Your scope includes Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden with a size of approx. 500 employees. You will coach and lead an HR team of 3, located in Sweden, including payroll.

In the role as HR Business Partner you will provide support for managers within the Global Group Functions to resolve business needs, implement organizational plans and build key capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives. You will report to and work close together with the Director HR EMEA.

Key duties and main responsibilities

·      Coach and lead the HR team

·      Direct HR programs to ensure the organization's HR requirements are met

·      Liaise with managers to develop and implement HR programs that support business requirement

·      Secure and support the talent acquisition area

·      Update and maintain local HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they integrate effectively with global policies and procedures.

·      Ensures that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standard

·      Undertake global HR project work as required.

·      Union related matters and labor relations.

·      Oversee completion of HR payroll and administration for the region.

Your profile



Basic requirements

·      10+ years of experience from HR roles, including solid experience in the role as HRBP and Swedish labor law

·      3-5 years of managerial experience

·      Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field

·      Understanding of payroll & HR Administration processes as well as general employment law principles

·      Experience from Manufacturing environment and union collaboration is a must

·      Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
