The role
Responsibility for a full range of human resources activities including but not limited to recruiting/staffing, organizational changes, work environment, reporting, implementing and employee relations policies. This role will also drive projects on group level. The position supports both the Nordic organization, with sales, product development and a small production unit all based in Gothenburg. In total appr. 80 employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver the local HR objectives and plans to reach the companys Strategy 2025
• Partner with management team to identify and prioritize needed skills and competencies and support in securing individual development. (handling high and low performance, succession planning, training)
• Support the performance management process advising managers, cascading communications from group.
• Drive organizational optimization and handle labor relations and negotiations.
• Work with leaders at all levels to execute projects and ensure operational excellence.
• Conducting interview, review application, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications. Develop and maintain relationships with temporary employment agencies.
• In coordination with the General Manager and Head of the Sales Unit develop a succession plan
• Rehabilitation, psychosocial work environment
• Implement group project and initiatives locally
• HR administration
• Support Group HR with designing and deploying global HR projects within: onboarding, engagement, KPI’s and reporting, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, etc.
Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree behavioral science or equivalent
• More than 5 years qualified Human Resources experience
• Labor law
Competence expectations
• Independent, highly communicative and business-oriented HR manager skilled in processes
• Good influencing skills and people oriented
• Deep knowledge in Swedish labor law and experienced in union negotiations.
• Fluently in both English and Swedish (both written and oral)
• Experience in transforming organizations and track record of handling change and change management.
• Experience from being part of a management team
• Leadership experience is an advantage
