Description

Your role is to offer the right learning portfolio to enable business success. HR strives to continuously drive standardisation and improvement to provide better and more efficient services to the business. In this role as HR Manager you will be responsible for our service within People Development and Learning.
You will be a part of the HR Service Centre management team and report to the HR Service Centre Director. You will be able to make the most of your knowledge and leadership skills when leading your team and managing senior stakeholders within HR and in the business.
You will be working in close collaboration with our Global Process Drivers for People Development and Learning and be part of their global networks. And, we have an exciting global agenda in front of us!
Main responsibilities
-Enable overall successful service delivery for the HR Service Center to the clients
-Drive excellent quality and efficient service for People Development and Learning
-Secure successful local implementation of the global agenda
-Be responsible to deliver trainings from global portfolio in Sweden and secure local learning activities are delivered aligned with local business needs
-Drive and contribute to continue improvements
-Lead and develop the team and ensure collaboration with other teams and suppliers
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a person that likes to take on new challenges. You possess good business understanding, have strong collaboration ability and navigate easily among stakeholders. It is natural for you to lead and develop people and you have a proven track record to do this successfully. You have obtained at least 5 years of experience within HR in a large company, maybe in the area of People Development and Learning and have acquired a broad knowledge of industry and market best practice.
You have experience from developing strategies and secure successful implementation. You have a University degree within Business Administration or Human Resources. Very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
