Are you a strong HR Leader with focus on results?
We are looking for an HR Manager Recruitment & Employer Branding who will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of services within the Resourcing area. Together with your team you will play an important role in sourcing talent in alignment with business strategy. Attracting and engaging talent through employer branding activities and the development of a sourcing strategy are important parts of the role. You work in close collaboration with Global Process Driver Resourcing to secure alignment to the global process.
You will lead a team of 10 highly skilled and dedicated Resourcing Specialists. You will be part of the HR Service Centre Management Team.
Main responsibilities
- Drive definition of recruiting strategy for Sweden
- Lead implementation of resourcing processes locally
- Manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
- Lead and develop the resourcing team
- Budget responsibility for the department
- Drive local employer branding activities in collaboration with communication
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have a strong business acumen and customer service mind set. You have the ability to see the overall business needs and always seek to find the best solution for the organization. You are results driven, structured and work pro-actively.
You have a high level of integrity, excellent people leadership skills and will lead and develop your team for the present and future needs of the organisation.
It is important that you have good net working skills and that you have the ability to easily interact across functions at all levels, internally within Tetra Pak as well as externally.
A strong ability to communicate in a clear and effective way including very good knowledge in written and verbal English is a must.
The ideal candidate has some years experience in leading and motivating people in a collaborative environment. Your business awareness and project management experience will be highly valued.
You have a University degree within for example Personnel Administration or Business Administration. Experience in recruitment and or Service Centre set up is an asset.
