About the position
At Red Glead Discovery, you will really be able to make a difference in your role. You get a chance to develop the HR function so that it matches the needs of a profitable, continuously growing company that four times during the company’s 10 years has been named a Gasell company by Dagens Industri.
We are currently over 50 people, located at Medicon Village in Lund. We have the ambition to continue to grow, in a controlled and sustainable way. Therefore, we are now looking for a person who can lead the work of continuous development within the HR area. You will report to the CFO and thus be part of the administrative team within the company and you will be the first person to hold this position.

What you do
As HR-Manager you will be instrumental for contributing to the company’s development and growth. We also need you to help ensuring that our corporate culture rests firmly on our corporate values - Aspire, Collaborate, Competence and Delivery.
The position will contain operative tasks to support the organization, and especially the leaders, in taking care of our running business and culture, and ensuring we have all policies and guidelines in place to help us in our daily work. It will however also mean that we expect you to participate in designing, documenting and communicating the strategic targets for our corporate goals.
What you need
You most likely have a university degree within the HR area and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. It is desirable that you have experience of onboarding of new employees but preferably also of organizing leadership training. You find it exciting to utilize your competence and experience and take responsibility for participating in creating the foundation for our future growth.
You need to be able to communicate in both English and Swedish, since you will have colleagues from around the world and English is our common language.
Besides a solid educational foundation, we see that your personality and your drive will determine how you will thrive and enjoy working with us as our first HR-Manager. You must see it as an obvious and enjoyable task to build relationships with employees who need to learn from your skills. You should be a person who is comfortable with planning your own workday and regularly communicate your results.
