As a HR Manager you will be responsible for creating and leading a small team. You will translate business objectives into clear team objectives and ensure they are delivered. You will drive HR engagement across the business, support change initiatives, employee engagement, HR programs, policies and support stakeholders in creating a great place to work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have min 7-10 years of experience in HR
Should be able to communicate in English both written & verbal
Must have people transfer and integration experience
Should have handled Union in their previous assignments - both in terms of hiring & termination
Understands local compliance norms & is able to advise us in the best interest of the organisation
Is able to balance between requirements of law, company standards and practices and employee demands
Must have worked in a matrixed organisation with HQ preferably outside of country.
Handled integration between 2 organisations / units of the same organisation in different locations
Has been involved in rebadging scenarios in the past
Demonstrable experience of setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.
Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
Experienced in managing a variety of HR projects
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Added advantage:
Experience in IT/ITES industry
Strong knowledge/Experience in local labour law
