HR Manager Supply Chain

Carlsberg Supply Company Sweden is the producer of some of Sweden’s most loved brands within beer, soft, drinks, cider and RTD. We are now seeking an experienced HR Professional with outstanding people skills to manage and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.


Job description
As HR Manager you will plan, set, and execute the HR agenda for the Supply Chain Organization, consisting by production and warehouse units located in Falkenberg and Ramlösa. You are also a trusted advisor and business partner and member of the management team in the Supply Chain Organization. The role is located at the brewery in Falkenberg where you also act as a leader of two HR Business Partners. You report to VP Human Resources Sweden and part of overall HR team in Carlsberg Sweden.
Responsibilities
· Setting HR agenda and plan for Supply Chain in close alignment with the overall HR agenda for Sweden
· Partner to VP Integrated Supply Chain Sweden, support achievement of business goals through people agenda and processes
· Ensure Supply Company follow legislation concerning labor law and social legislation
· Part of Carlsberg Western Europe HR Communities
· Manage workforce planning & recruiting in collaboration with managers
· Drive and facilitate key HR processes
· Provide pro-active advice and sparring to business leaders, including budgeting process

About you
We believe you have a university degree in HR or equivalent and proven record as an HR Manager or Senior HR Busniess Partner within a global blue-collar operation. You have proven knowledge of Swedish Labor Law and extensive experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements. You are also experienced in working and supporting senior management and has experience of leading and implementing HR projects. Since we are global organization, you are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a person you are an inspirational leader, with strong influencing and relationship-building ability, who champions a diverse and inclusive culture. You have solid analytical skills and planning/organizing attitude. We also believe you have a strong tendency for action and results oriented, ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively.
