Pierce, Europe's largest and fastest growing motorcycle-focused online retailer, is looking for a HR Manager Sweden, located at its HQ in Stockholm that can partner with our business functions.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Manager will be responsible for the Swedish HR function as well as be an integral part of an international HR team across our offices in Sweden, Poland and Spain. The HR team works to provide growth for employees and create opportunities for them to realize their potential, while also helping the company to build capabilities and reach targets.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced HR Manager to lead the Swedish HR function in a young, dynamic and international company with more than 400 employees (whereof more than 100 in Sweden) across our 5 offices in Sweden, Poland, and Spain. We have many of the HR basics in place and are in the process of creating a company-wide HR function that can also support the business and our leaders in a more proactive way and with a strong focus on employee engagement.

Key roles and responsibilities

- Managing the Swedish HR team and HR agenda
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing key HR processes and tools for Sweden, including performance management, succession planning, training & education, compliance, compensation and benefits
- Managing or supporting the talent acquisition process, including employer branding, recruitment and onboarding
- Implementing initiatives to build a 'one Pierce' company with shared values and a shared culture across the different offices


- Master level education in Human Resources preferred, or a related field with a strong interest in people and organization
- 5+ years of HR experience including experience in managing a local HR function and / or being part of an international HR team
- Comprehensive HR knowledge and specific knowledge of the Swedish setting, including employment law, HR best practices, compensation, organizational planning, restructuring, recruitment, employee development, health & safety, and driving employee engagement
- Ability to work on both strategies and operational details and not afraid of 'getting the hands dirty' when needed
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, skills in Spanish or Polish would be considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

You are a real people's person and know how to inspire and energize both leaders and the company.

Experience in retail, e-commerce or affinity with motorcycles would obviously be a plus!
