As an HR Manager you are going to support our growing organization in our Sweden location. You will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our leads through recruiting, performance management and talent management to cultivate an innovative, fast paced, and inclusive culture.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the location, by understanding and being able to communicate and explain local policies and procedures
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting
- Partner closely with HR Group Lead on global strategy and execution
- Provide support on Recruiting activities
- Partner with Finance and Labor consultants on Payroll and Legal aspects
- Manage HR related vendor relations (insurances, broker, payroll provider)
- Understand local compliance topics and labour law legislation for the location

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Specialist or Manager role
- Experience in multicultural and fast paced organization
- Demonstrated experience on project management, change management, and ability to execute autonomously
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices particularly on Talent Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent spoken and written English
