Forso Nordic AB is a credit market company supervised by the Swedish Financial Authority, with operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. It is co-owned by Ford Credit Europe Bank Plc (headquartered in the UK) and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (headquartered in France). Its mission is to actively promote sales of Ford vehicles through finance and motor insurance, and to support Ford dealers. Our clients consist of essentially two different categories, dealers of motor vehicles and their end customers, both private customers and fleet customers. The Forso Nordic team consists of approximately 130 employees. You will work at our headquarters located in Gothenburg.
Job description
In your role as HR Manager Nordic, you will be responsible for overall HR processes within Forso Nordic. You will report to the CEO, coordinate the HR Manager in each location, who is a shared resource with Ford in each market and you have HR responsibility for the central staff employees. You will also be a member of the management team. This role has a strong operational focus and requires a competence in salaries, labor issues, compliance, skills development and recruitment, and. As Nordic HR Manager you will work closely with the business, and you are expected to provide assistance and support to both managers and employees in all types of HR issues. Furthermore, responsibilities include presentations to the Forso Nordic Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee, and occasionally to the Board of Directors. As such, you will
• Operate in close cooperation and consultation with the CEO and the Forso Nordic management team
• Act as the rirst contact point with shareholders on HR matters
• Ensure effective implementation of HR related policies and processes
• Develop an HR roadmap, and an HR budget in coordination with CFCO
• Manage, monitor and analyse HR reporting and key indicator and statistics,
• Drive enhanced consistency across our organisation.
• Ensure compliance with Labor law and regulation on financial organisations
• Develop and supervise Compensation & Benefits related matters, ensure that the communication with the business around these matters is up to date, consistent and transparent
• Establish annual bonus program and evaluate performance vs bonus plan objectives with CEO and Remuneration Committee
• Coordinate employee satisfaction survey and action plan,
• Coordinate cross Nordic employee communication
• Coordinate training, and recommend actions to support business priorities
Who are you?
You have a relevant academic education and 5-7 years of experience of qualified HR work. You should have worked on similar tasks before, and therefore have experience of managing, analyzing and compiling statistics in the HR field. You have experience of working in an international environment, preferably in the Nordic market, and have strong compliance mindset. Your knowledge of employment law and contractual issues is solid, which means that you are well versed in both wage related issues and the management of benefits (including pension and insurance). You are fluent both in Swedish and English. You have a very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and are comfortable in different types of IT systems. You are well-structured and organized. Previous experience in developing and presenting reports will be perceived as an advantage.
As a person you should be pro-active, autonomous, and drive for results, however flexible and patient to the complexity of the business and organization. You are confident in your skills and experience, and comfortable in both the operational and the strategic work. You are able to coordinate a team who reports to you in dotted line. You have a genuine interest in working activities and support managers, as well as compiling and presenting important key figures in a both rewarding and educational manner.
