Job description
Our customer is looking for an HR Manager – are you the one? The current HR Manager is taking on a new role in their European HR team and they are looking for you to join a team of 70 employees at Lindholmen. Over the years our customer has become a significant system supplier to the Swedish OEM’s and is well known for Quality, Technology and Cost as well as for operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
To include, review and approve the local HR budget  
Responsible for the overall employee lifecycle (recruit, onboard, develop, retain, offboard)
Implementing and updating company policies
Monitoring key HR metrics
Addressing queries of employees  

You will also be responsible for ensuring and contributing to the well being of employees while working closely with the European HR team and the HR colleagues in the offices across Europe. 

Qualifications


A proven experience of about 5 years’ operational experience in the field of Human Resources as an HR Manager
An international mindset with the ability to communicate and work with other cultures  
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish
Masters’ or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline

A well-organized approach with the ability to be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities is also required when taking on the role as an HR Manager. Experience in working with Cornerstone is a plus.
