Job Description
H&M Nordic Customer Service Centre is now looking for an HR Manager. This is a key role strengthening the current HR area who works with recruitment, payroll, HR KPI's, absenteeism, HR policies, employee satisfaction, negotiations with the Union and leadership development.
In this exciting role, you will define the direction and strategy within the HR area and ensure execution together with your HR Generalist. You will drive decisions and actions based on data and input from key stakeholders.
You will become a part of a management team and report directly to the Nordic Center Manager. Our Nordic management team serves our 4 Nordic markets; Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong business understanding and with a proven track record of creating HR results.
To be successful in the HR Manager role, we believe you have:
Bachelor within HR or equivalent education
A proven track record of working strategically with visions and goals
Experience from driving organizational change
Experience of Swedish Labor Law and union collaboration and negotiation
Experienced in working with HR practices
Experience of leadership for at least +3 years
Experience of dealing with complex employee relation matters
Experience in implementing HR initiatives and projects to drive the business forward
Capacity for planning and prioritizing a high workload
A goal-oriented, action setting and problem-solving approach
A positive, coaching attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
Fluent in English with strong and inspirational communication and presentation skills
