HR Manager to Pricer

We are proud to have been entrusted to assist Pricer in recruiting an HR Manager to their Head Office in Stockholm. This is a new role, which you to a big extent will be able to form yourself.

The role:

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing routines, processes and workflows for the whole HR area, including work concerning company culture, leader development and training, talent acquisition, learning, working environment, labor law, and more. Pricer is going through an exciting change process and the HR Manager will be an important player in driving and owning the transformation work. Pricer operates in a number of countries is Europe, Americas and APAC and you will be working close to managers from all regions. This is a role that is both strategic and operative and you will work independently with great responsibility.

HQ HR function currently consist of an HR Coordinator and an Office Manager. A Payroll coordinator is currently being recruited and will also be part of the team.

Who are you?

We are looking for a senior HR Manager, with solid experience from working in an international context, for example from a tech company. You have probably previous experience of leading a team and you are used to planning and driving your own work independently. Also, we value previous experience from change management and transformation as well as working with coaching managers internationally. You are confident and secure, have integrity and are interested in developing HR, especially within leadership training, processes and HR related projects. Your English and Swedish are fluent in writing and speaking.
