HR Marine Coordinator

HR MARINE COORDINATOR
We are looking to employ one HR Coordinator to our headquarters in Mölndal, Sweden who is interested to work in an international and challenging environment. During 2014 we will implement a new HR system both at HQ and our site offices wordwide and you will be responsible for the implementation phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for crew recruitment on board dedicated project.
Responsible for education, training and all course handling on board dedicated project.
Responsible to control all financial aspects of the vessel crew and project team.
Perform crew changes.
Reports to HR Manager and Project Manager.
Main responsible for all HR questions on board dedicated project.
Supervise all HR interfaces with other parts of the company regarding dedicated project.

Education / Training
Relevant education such as HR Management or similar.
Experience
At least 2 years? experience as HR Marine Coordinator or similar.
Shipping experience is a requirement.
If you have experience from HR marine systems we see it as an advantage
HR Marine experience is preferred.
Have you worked with payroll administration we see it as an advantage.

We offer a role with lots of responsibilities in an international and challenging environment. You will report to HR manager and the HR team consists of 2 hr assistant, 2 hr coordinator and 1 HRBP onshore.
Type of employment: Permanent (fulltime)
Commencement date: as per agreement
