In order to further strengthen the team, we are now recruiting a HR Master Data Administrator based in Lund, Sweden.

Data quality is a corner stone for all our integrated HR applications and supported systems, where the HR Master Data team ensures that data is up to date, timely and accurate. We belong to the HR Service Centre in Lund; a centralised HR service organization for all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden with the aim to deliver high value HR services to all managers and employees in Sweden.
What you will do:
· Professional handling of HR Master Data related inquiries and tickets such as organisational and employee changes, employments, etc.
· Identifying client needs through collaboration and interactions
· Proactive approach when it comes to maintenance of HR Master data
· Contribute to developing our HR Master Data Management by standardizing and simplifying the way we work
· Gatekeeping and ensuring HR Master Data quality
· Run reports and deliver HR data and statistics to clients.
Who you are:
We are looking for a curious and committed, service-minded, and accurate colleague wanting to expertly learn and work with Tetra Pak´s HR Master Data and administration.
To succeed in the role, it is important that you are well organized and thorough with details. It is also essential that you possess good communication and collaboration skills.
You must have some years of experience within Big Data Management and worked hands-on with retrieving, transforming and uploading data – building a data structure in relation to an HCM solution. You hold a university degree, preferably within Human Resources, IT or similar. Experience from SAP Success factors or another advanced business system is highly valued. You have excellent Excel skills and you are eager to learn and develop these skills further.
Excellent Swedish and English skills, spoken as well as written, are also required.
