The HR Master Data & Transactions team ensures that HR Master Data is maintained and up to date, timely and accurate. HR Master Data quality is key for all our supporting HR applications. The team belongs to the HR Service Center in Lund; a centralised HR support organization for all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden with the aim to deliver high value HR services to all managers and employees in Sweden.
To improve our Master Data Management and service to our internal customers, we are recruiting an HR Analyst. The role means being the expert of our systems, combining administrative tasks with analyses and reporting. An important part of the role will be to develop our way of working and contribute with your excellent analytical skills and business
system interest. You will be a member of a specialised team, having the opportunity to influence your role and your area of expertise. The position is a temporary position for one year based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
- Administrate HR Master Data;
organisational changes, employments, exits etc.
- Analyse and report HR data and statistics.
- Contribute to developing the HR Master Data Management and reporting routines.
- Be an expert of the HR Master Data
systems; SAP, Excel and Tetra Pak
Business Warehouse.
- Calculate yearly incentive payments for all employees.
Qualifications
We are looking for a curious colleague, wanting to expertly learn Tetra Pak´s HR Master Data. Your analytical skills are strong and you can easily report and analyze numerical data and statistics. You are a committed person who likes to develop and improve. Communicating and sharing knowledge is also highly motivating to you.
We believe you have former experience from HR Master Data Management, financial reporting or similar area. Experience from SAP or another advanced business system is highly valued. Advanced skills in Excel are a must. Excellent Swedish and English skills, spoken as well as written is also required.
