Cardo seeks an individual who is eager to gain a broad experience within the HR field.The role is positioned and responsible for HR issues for Cardo Shared Services AB and is an entry route into a HR structure where there are excellent opportunities for further development. Main responsibilities: This role is focused on taking care of all HR issues for Cardo Shared Services AB.Cardo Shared services is a company within the Cardo Group, and has responsibility for the global group functions, such as communication, purchasing, IT, Finance and HR.CSS AB has approximately 50 employees located mainly at the headquarters in Malmö.Responsibilities will include: .Recruitment . Union contact and negotiations . Training activities . Organizational issues .Salary and benefits . Responsible for HR information and communication together with Group Communication - Responsible for the internal communication from HR to the organization . Operational support to HR staff in different HR related issues as well as projects . Support to Process owners within HR, Performance management, Learning & Development and Management Development.- Operational support to SVP HR as well as Divisional HR Nordic Director in different HR related issues and projects . To be the cultural custodian .Be a good role model for our core values and leadership values .
