European Spallation Source (ESS) is a multi-disciplinary research centre based on the world’s most powerful neutron source. The facility will open for scientists in 2023 and enable scientific breakthrough within materials research.

Academic Work is on behalf of our client The European Spallation Source’s (ESS) looking for a HR-Officer/Recruiter to ESS.

Your main responsibility in the position as HR Officer/Recruiter at ESS will be to provide recruitment support to all parts of the Swedish part of the ESS organisation. You will manage recruitment projects independently and therefore have experience of recruitment in international environment for at least 2 years.

This is a consulting assignment starting no later than the 1st of October and lasting 12 months, and thereafter with a chance for extension. The degree of service is 100% the initial month to 80% until the end of year, and there after according to need of the organisation from 80% and no less than 50%.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* You have at least 2 years of experience within a similar role where you have managed recruitment projects independently
* You have experience from working with recruitment in an international organisation and with international candidates
* You are fluent in English in both speaking and writing


* Experience with relocation issues is an advantage


As a person you are flexible and service minded. You have a can-do attitude and are able to work independently.

Start: As soon as possible

Work extent: Fulltime the initial month, to 80% until the end of year, and there after according to need of the organisation from 80% and no less than 50%.
