Responsibilities
The role as Head of HR OPS is changing and is connected with a new division of roles between additional roles at HR, Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Specialist, System Manager / Administrator HR system, Mgr Comp & Ben.
You will take the lead to develop and improve our clients administrative HR and Payroll processes and ensure the support offer is in line with the company’s strategic HR agenda. The position consists leading a small team within payroll and systems and at the same time being an individual, contribute within the C&B area both on a strategic and operative level. You will initiate, drive, and participate in numerous projects, working in collaboration with our HR/Payroll vendors as well as our colleagues in the HR Operations team and the Shared Service Center. As HR Operations Manager you will actively support the team in the operational work with focus on processes, systems and vendor management. The position is located at our clients Swedish HQ in Stockholm and you will report to the HR Director.
The head of HR OPS is responsible for coordinating HR OPS 'collaborations internally, primarily with the finance department and IT. Head of HR OPS is ultimately responsible for the communication from HR OPS to managers and / or all employees regarding, changes, news, instructions / routine descriptions / responsibility descriptions - who-does-what-when-and-how so that everyone gets the right salary at the right time.
Head of HR OPS is responsible for some Comp & Ben-related tasks (Cars, Pension, Mobility/Expats, Beneficiary, Gifts/Anniversary).
Working hours
Full time, start April 2021. This is an interim solution with high possibility of extension of contract or perm recruitment for the right candidate.
Qualifications
You have academic degree in HR or equivalent education with minimum 7 years’ experience from HR. You will be outplaced at a truly global company, so we believe that you have experience from working in a similar organization with a deep understanding of working within a matrix organization. You have good understanding in Payroll Systems and Processes as well as working with Change Management with great results. You can build relations and network across functions and at all levels, which requires strong communication skills and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. As a person you are a skilled people manager who gets your motivation from driving change and continuous improvements. Experience
Experience in SAP Zalaris and Success Factor as well as ProMark is desirable.
