HR Operations Manager to BMW Northern Europe

What awaits you?

As HR Operations Manager you are responsible for HR-related activities within the Nordic region for both our sales companies and financial services. Your main responsibilities will be to define local strategies for:

• Talent Management and process steering
• Compensation & Benefits incl. payroll
• Job evaluation and grading
• Headcount planning and steering
• Training & Development activities
• Employer Branding activities
• On- and off boarding process
• Performance management process
• Labour law and trade union relationship

In this positon you will proactively drive HR processes and quality improvements, as well as give strategic input to the HR Team and senior management. According to each countries requirements and business´ needs within the Nordic region, you ensure compliance with regards to labor law, work environment regulations and collective agreements. You will have personal responsibility for 3 employees within the HR Team and you report to the Head of HR Northern Europe based in Stockholm.

What should you bring along?

• University Degree in a HR or business related discipline or equivalent.
• Strategic and Operative HR experience desirable with proven experience in developing & implementing concepts and strategies.
• Experience in working with senior management level.
• Profound knowledge of local labor law and legislation
• Experience in job evaluation processes and tools.
• Headcount planning and steering experience – short and long term focus
• Designing and delivering interventions such as strategy workshops.
• Recruitment and employer branding experience.
• Budget and forecasting personal cost

Additional experience that is highly desirable:

• Experience in working in an international organization
• Experience of leading a team

Further information

The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
