We are looking for a HR Operations Manager who prefers working on a both a strategic and operational level in our day-to-day business. This is a great job for someone who wants to optimize HR Systems and adjust them to local business practices whilst leading a team and interacting with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Assure that we collect, reuse and share information about our coworkers in a coherent and compliant way as well as digitalize HR processes and automate HR administration as far as possible.

• Assure timely salary payment
• Personnel responsibility of four employees
• Responsible for Rusta group HR/coworker master data
• Responsible to align and optimize HR systems to group HR policies and processes and adjust them to local business practices when possible
• Responsible for GDPR with regards to coworkers and candidates
• Responsible for Sweden Payroll operations including cost forecast and control
• Subject matter expert in local collective barging agreements

Experience and qualifications

The role HR Operations Manager requires that you are result-oriented and solution-focused in your work. You are confident in your leadership and can create and operationalize on strategies and then engage and motivate your surroundings on the journey. You can challenge your surroundings in a constructive and consultative way and prioritize value-creating work and working methods. You have the drive and the ability to develop both yourself and your surroundings.

• Managerial experience
• Experience of digitization and process efficiency
• Business and coworker-oriented approach
• Ability to translate operational needs into customized deliveries
• Ability to motivate others directly or indirectly to reach individual and common needs
• Ability to work successfully with change.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Planning and organizing: Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
