Job Description
The HR Operations Role is part of our internal team in The Nordics covering Denmark and Sweden.
Reporting to the Nordic People Strategist the role will collaborate closely with the cross-functional people teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Staffing and People Strategy) and the finance team to optimise the people experience and drive efficiencies and improvements across the NORDICS.
We need you to have knowledge and experience within local labour law (Swedish and/or Danish). To love working with us you need to be comfortable with constant change and the ability to work in an agile and project focused environment.
In your backpack you bring us an analytical mind-set and the ability to analyse trends, define problems and propose recommendations!

Qualifications
Support our people through key lifecycle moments including onboarding and exit process.
Own key end to end people processes – including accountability for driving the overall process, updating HRIS, updating payroll, updating employee paperwork.
Partner with in-country People Strategist.
Act as super user for People Technology.
Ensure our people data in our systems is accurate and up to date.
Handle day to day queries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with teams and colleagues in EMEA and India, to ensure work is done effectively and efficiently.
Continually improve our processes to drive simplicity, efficiency and a great people experience.
Ensure our policies and practices are compliant with legal and company policy requirements.
Responsible for keeping our people processes and policies up to date and readily available
Produce data analysis and insights to enable visibility and good people decisions.
Responsible for keeping our people safe e.g. COVID processes incl. Return to Office Tool Management and IRT system and process
Responsible for GDPR processes and compliance
Ad-hoc project work (e.g. recognition programme and culture)
